FOR STARTERS: MY VIRTUAL OFFICE WEB SITE IS UPDATED EVERY 2 HOURS by a direct server connection with the Real Estate Board and the MLXchange system. As a result it  is more up to date by a few days than what you will find on the MLS.ca system. You can set up your own private  PROPERTY SEARCH right on this site that will E-MAIL you NEW LISTINGS that match your search parameters as soon as they reach the Real Estate Board & about 2 hours after  they have been entered into the system. This gives you a jump-start over other Buyers who do not have this real time access!!

Not all Realtors are equal !

With several thousand Realtors in Vancouver and the surrounding areas it can become a very confusing issue when selecting a Realtor to act on your behalf when viewing & purchasing a new home or investment property. You want to find a realtor who cares, works hard, and is 100 % absolutely committed to finding you the best property at the lowest possible price in a timely and efficient manner. Yes, unfortunately it can be very tricky finding the right Realtor. They are all trained salespeople and you have to find one that you will be successful with.

So how do you know that you are choosing the right Realtor?

1} Does your Realtor have a FULL page of current references? Not one person’s name, not two, not three....but a full page with contact numbers?

2} Ask them specifically what they will do for you if they represent you. Are they a full time Realtor?

3} Ask them how many homes they made a successful accepted offer on last year.  Ask if you can    contact  a few of the Buyers.
