I can offer you professional advice concerning the price of your property and am trained to sell your property quickly and for a desirable price.

For Starters:

A Comparative Market Study of your property to determine the best possible & most accurate value.

Review your home with you and offer ideas or suggestions that I feel may bring  you a higher offer.

Complete all the necessary Listing Documents with you and submit to the Real Estate Board. 

Advertise on this virtural office e-site, in local newspapers, magazines and flyers.

This virtual office web site is updated every 2 hours with the MLXchange System by direct connection to their servers. As a result, your new listing will appear on this site and many others like it as soon as your property is listed by the Real Estate Board on the MLXchange system. Internet Buyers will have your new listing about 2 hours after the listing is posted by the Board. This will be several days before your listing is available to MLS.ca viewers.

Hold " Open House " on days and times that are convienient to you the Seller.

Report back to you of any Buyer or Realtor comments related to the property that are given to me.

Present all Offers to you in writing as soon as possible after I have received an offer.

Go over the offer with you, discuss all important issues on the offer and make sure that you understand all the terms and Conditions of the Contract of Purchase and Sale. We then accept the offer or write up a more suitable Counter Offer that is submitted to the Buyer`s Realtor as soon as possible.

In addition, I offer all of my clients assistance with finding a Redecorator or Renovator if wanted, a new Mortgage if required, a Lawyer in their area, a Building Inspector if necessary, locating Moving Companies and any other important issues that may be required by my clients.

Not all Realtors are Equal

Since there are several thousand Realtors in the Vancouver area it can be confusing and difficult when it comes to listing your home and finding the right Realtor. A Realtor who cares,  works hard and who is 100 % absolutely committed to putting the most money in your pocket. Yes, unfortunately it can be very tricky finding the right Realtor.

So how do you know you are listing with the right Realtor?

1} Does your Realtor have a full page of current references?

2) Ask them specifically what they will do for you if they represent you.

3) Ask them how many homes they sold last year. 

4) Do they have an Active up to date web site? Marketing on the Internet is a must.
