Service
What separates me from other real estate agents is my strictly professional approach to all aspects of real estate. I consider working with clients as an opportunity for myself to provide exceptional customer service. In addition, I have an advantage over many other realtors when Strata property is involved. I have sat on 2 Strata Councils in Vancouver & White Rock for 14 years. I am very familiar with the Strata Act and Condo Law. This had been very helpful for my Strata clients - especially first time home buyers.
Known for Results
I’m committed to getting the most for my clients. Customer service, expert negotiations, and access to a wide variety of real estate resources are just some of the services that I’m committed to providing to my clients.
Hobbies
I enjoy playing my 1908 Bell upright piano and composing music. I started playing at age 4. In addition I am the fourth proud owner of a Black 1919 Model T Ford Touring car that is completely original except for the tires & tubes. It was made in Canada & delivered to a C.P Rail Engineer Mr. Harry Cheesman in the summer of 1919 on Montreal Island. Driven for a few years on weekends then stored for about 30 years. When Mr. Cheesman died in 1949 he passed it to his nephew Mr. Doug Stewart in Montreal who moved to Vancouver in 1963. He sold it to his friend Tom Nickel in 1983 and I bought it off him about 16 years ago. The car has less than 20,000 miles on the Speedo and runs like a top. Want to go for a fun ride ?? Then call me 250-884-2787.
You may also find me working on my restoration project. This one is a Red - White Interior 1967 Morris Minor 1000 Convertible. Her name is " Miriam " All Moggies are named for life at the time of creation, by the factory workers who assemble them in the U.K. This car is a " Texan " & she’s in pretty good shape for an old timer !! Must have been the hot dry air down there. Once complete she will become known as my Pemberton-Mobile and you may see her scooting about town this summer.
